This morning my cat, in the absence of words, made her wishes very clear. Clearly she felt breakfast took priority over answering phone messages. There’s so much every day we do, think we need to do and direct our attention to.

On this arbitrarily chosen day to celebrate 💕love💕 (and materialism and economic growth), I share what is already yours, is you - love. It seems like there’s a lot to do, so it seems. It might feel like you’re reaching for an idea of you, shaping yourself into a someone. Truly, gladly, deeply - you already are.
